Our Services

Offering Hope and Support to Our Community

Our organization, established in 2012, is serving the Los Angeles County, California, with the following services: Food aid, school supplies, and COVID- 19 relief. The Iglesia de Cristo El Roi is responding to the needed children and their families with food and other aid, working through our network of volunteer relationships.

Food Aid Program

Our food pantry has been a staple of support for the community for over 12 years. Twice a month, we serve nearly 200 families, providing nutritious, high-quality food to those in need. We are committed to bringing food, hope, and encouragement to individuals facing food insecurity. In addition to regular food distribution, we are actively working to increase the availability of perishable foods to ensure we can meet the growing demand.

Mobile Ministry

Our mobile ministry reaches homeless individuals and families where they are, offering food, hygiene supplies, and spiritual guidance. This mobile service is designed to offer compassion and a pathway to recovery. Our goal is to help these individuals find hope in Jesus and provide them with the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Crisis Assistance & Empowerment

In times of crisis, ICE provides immediate assistance, as well as long-term empowerment programs. We offer training and resources to help individuals achieve financial independence and improve their overall quality of life. Our mission is to restore hope and provide a way forward for those struggling to overcome obstacles

In addition to immediate relief, we focus on empowering individuals for long-term success. Our comprehensive support includes job training, financial literacy programs, and mentorship to help individuals develop the skills needed to thrive. By equipping people with the tools and resources they need, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and foster self-sufficiency in our community.

Congregant Senior Living Program

We offer specialized care for seniors in need of assistance. Whether recovering from surgery or dealing with physical disabilities, our trained caregivers provide the highest quality care to ensure the well-being of our senior community members. Our services also include assistance for individuals with dementia, offering them and their families a chance to live fulfilling lives with dignity and comfort.
